Designed in Vyond and delivered through Rise, this module uses a concise role-play scenario to demonstrate how accountability directly impacts team performance and results.
The need emerged for managers to periodically reinforce key concepts following their week-long Leadership Core Skills training. In response, I developed this microlearning to provide just-in-time reinforcement for manufacturing leaders, helping transform accountability from a concept into a daily leadership practice.

Delivery Method: Developed a 10–15 minute mobile microlearning to supplement the week-long leadership program, reinforcing key concepts and enabling just-in-time refreshers for managers.
Main Content Focus: Focused the module on the core mental model, Above the Line vs. Below the Line thinking, to ensure clarity, recall, and immediate application.
Narrative Tone: Avoided over-explaining theory and positioned the content as a practical leadership reminder to maintain engagement and relevance.
