I am a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning & Development professional with a strong passion for instructional design and training development. With five years of experience, I have successfully created engaging learning experiences that leverage technology, innovative instructional methods, and data-driven decision-making. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and an upcoming Master’s degree in Learning, Design, and Technology from Wayne State University.

From content creation and LMS administration to multi-project coordination and user-centered design, I have continually demonstrated an ability to drive program success and support workforce development initiatives.
